Essential Functions
  • Under general direction of the Non-Fair Events Manager, exercises independent judgment in the initiation of actions with the parameters defined by the established rules and polices of this program.  Provides clerical office support and paraprofessional or technical work.
  • Performs bookkeeping functions associated with non-fair facility rentals.
  • Assists the Non-Fair Events Manager with various administrative projects.
  • Serves as the backup for the ISF Buildings and Grounds Liaison for the Non-Fair events unit.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration.
  • Requires one year of professional experience in a public or private organization, or completion of an agency approved professional management training program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Requires intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, proficiency in software, including but not limited to, computer software for monetary transactions and Adobe Experience or similar programs.
  • Prefers working knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs.
  • Prefers working knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Prefers one year experience interpreting and preparing financial and data-based reports.
  • Prefers exceptional verbal communication skills for interacting with the public, team members and stakeholders.
  • Prefers one year experience with audit processes and requirements, and the ability to ensure all internal activities conducted are compliant with audit standards

  • Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties. Requires appropriate, valid driver’s license.
  • Overtime is a condition of employment, and you may be requested or required/mandated to work overtime including scheduled, unscheduled, or last-minute overtime. This requires the ability to work evenings and weekends.
