North Land Psychotherapy Center is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full-time remote positions within our integrated community health clinic. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of those suffering from various mental health challenges. The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Work Environment

This remote working arrangement allows for flexibility, although our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the individualized needs and goals of each patient, setting the foundation for a tailored treatment strategy.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to effectively address various mental health issues.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among patients and providing them with valuable tools to manage their conditions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support for individuals and families during urgent mental health situations, demonstrating empathy and professional judgment.
  • Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their journey towards recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Stay updated with ongoing research and advancements within the mental health field to continually refine therapeutic approaches and ensure best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, encompassing different ages, cultures, and socio-economic statuses. You will work with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, providing direct support to those struggling with chronic conditions, acute crises, and adjusting life challenges, ensuring recovery-focused practice and compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a focus on utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Proven capability to effectively assess mental health needs and create actionable, supportive treatment plans.
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy that addresses the unique needs of diverse populations.
