Technical Product Manager โ€“ Networking Infrastructure

Irving, TX - Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Direct Hire - Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance

$150,000โ€“$200,000 base salary + annual bonus - DOE

Our client is a rapidly growing technology organization focused on building advanced cloud and high-performance computing infrastructure that powers AI, machine learning, and large-scale enterprise workloads. Their collaborative, engineering-driven culture encourages innovation while providing employees with opportunities to help shape next-generation infrastructure solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of networking products supporting a cutting-edge cloud infrastructure platform. This role will partner with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to define scalable networking solutions that meet the evolving needs of AI and high-performance computing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for networking infrastructure services.
  • Define networking offerings that balance performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to prioritize features and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to translate business and technical requirements into product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for compute, storage, and platform services to deliver an integrated customer experience.
  • Define networking service tiers, connectivity options, and multi-tenant capabilities.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data to guide product improvements.
  • Support infrastructure capacity planning and long-term technology strategy.
  • Partner with finance and engineering teams to improve cost transparency and pricing strategies.
  • Identify technical, operational, and security risks while helping develop mitigation plans.
  • Influence product direction across multiple teams without direct management responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or platform technologies.
  • Previous experience as a Network Engineer or Product Manager supporting networking products.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise or data center networking concepts.
  • Experience with technologies such as InfiniBand, RoCEv2, high-speed Ethernet, or similar networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking concepts including virtual networking, hybrid connectivity, and network isolation.
  • Experience supporting AI, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or distributed computing environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and execute product roadmaps from concept through delivery.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
