Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance their mental health.

  • Assess clientsโ€™ mental health conditions and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused strategies based on your clinical expertise.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients, supporting them in setting and achieving meaningful personal goals throughout their therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and adheres to regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. There will be no cases involving severe mental health crises, allowing you to focus your interventions on clients who are ready to engage in their therapeutic processes. We ensure that each client is matched with counselors whose specialties and demographic preferences align closely, enhancing the therapeutic alliance and client outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No provisional licenses will be accepted.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong empathetic approach.
  • Proficient in using technology and digital platforms to provide telehealth services effectively.
Preferred Experience
