Job description

Closet Factory, one of the most adored home improvement franchise companies, is looking for an experienced full-time remote digital marketer to join our in-house digital team. The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and some familiarity with Microsoft Search Advertising.
You will be assisting in the management of our ad accounts and working under our Vice President of Digital Marketing. Although you will spend a good part of your workday working on the ad accounts you must also feel comfortable interfacing with our franchisees via Teams and email discussing budgets, growth, and account results.
Google Ad campaigns we focus on:
  • Performance Max
  • Search - AI Max
  • YouTube/Demand Gen
  • YouTube Premium

Responsibilities
  • Assist in ongoing optimization of campaigns in multiple accounts
  • Monthly meetings with franchisees to review budget, performance, and expansion
  • Stay current on changes, updates, and learning specific to these platforms
  • Conversion focused
  • Update ad copy and images
  • Basic skill in photoshop

Qualifications
  • Experience with Google prefer 4+YRS
  • Google Ads Certification helpful

We are looking for someone with creative problem-solving abilities that looks for solutions to improve under-performing campaigns. You will need to possess the ability to look for an edge in our very competitive vertical. Our accounts range in size. Some are large and have multiple campaigns with sizable daily budgets while others have a single campaign with a modest budget that will increase over time.
Although you will specialize in paid marketing all our staff in the digital department can multitask. It's helpful that you have knowledge in Meta Ads, Wordpress/Gutenberg editing, and GA4. Because we are one of the oldest custom closet companies in the industry it doesn't hurt to have an eye for interior design.
We work Monday thru Friday 7:30 - 4:00.
