As a digital transformation professional, you know how to improve digital initiatives with effective processes, data structures, automation, and more. Although many teams know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that's what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. That's why we're looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist like you to apply your digital savvy and help solve traditional business challenges with digital strategies and solutions.
In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives forward, leveraging your mastery of business technology and strong foundation in data analytics to streamline decision making and strategy execution.

You Have:
  • Experience managing automated workflows and maintaining SharePoint sites and lists to support operational processes
  • Experience developing and sustaining dashboards, including preparing high-quality datasets through data validation and discrepancy resolution
  • Experience performing what-if and scenario analysis to support leadership decision-making
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Ability to identify opportunities for AI enablement within demand processes.
  • Ability to translate complex information for senior leaders, including tailoring messages to broad audiences
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience delivering digital solutions and solving business problems
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
