• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to promote a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose and treat a wide array of mental health disorders, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, adapting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments of clients' progress.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues ranging from relationship challenges to personal struggles with mental health.
• Facilitate open communication, guiding clients in expressing emotions and developing coping strategies.
• Collaborate with external specialists and refer clients to appropriate resources when specialized care is needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you'll engage with a diverse client base seeking help for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will have the support and resources to work closely with clients in navigating their emotional landscapes, handling complex situations, and realizing their therapeutic goals.

• Valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in therapy and counseling, as well as an understanding of mental health assessment tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration in a remote setting.
• Proven capabilities in motivational interviewing and client engagement strategies.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling or significant experience handling substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices focusing on co-occurring disorders to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Experience in remote therapy delivery methods, including video conferencing and digital case management systems.
