This full-time position specializes in early intervention services for the pediatric population, specifically targeting infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who have, or are at risk of, developmental delays. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you flexibility while maintaining a supportive connection with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes pediatricians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Regular team meetings and collaborative assessments will be an integral part of your role as we strive for the highest quality of care for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments to evaluate the developmental status of the children in your care.
• Provide tailored child development services and engaging activities that are developmentally appropriate for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with families to create Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), identifying key goals and strategies that address the unique developmental needs of their child.
• Document and maintain accurate progress notes, assessments, and reports in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing intervention strategies for areas including cognitive, social-emotional, and communication development.
• Assess and integrate family strengths and concerns into the intervention process, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Act as a service coordinator, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans while adhering to designated timelines.
• Support and empower parents to foster positive parent-child interactions and advocate for their child's development.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers aged zero to three who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk for such delays. By working closely with families, you will help them navigate the early intervention system while addressing individual needs related to their child’s physical, emotional, and social development. You will also promote a collaborative support network, connecting families with necessary community resources.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of family dynamics and early childhood developmental theories.
• Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to uphold confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in documentation and use of digital tools.
• A current driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are necessary for potential home visits.

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families in a clinical or community health setting is preferred.
• Fluency in a second language and familiarity with diverse cultural norms is a plus.
• Previous engagement with evidence-based early intervention methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
