• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to establish the mental health needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and crisis intervention for patients encountering a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Design and implement therapy groups and workshops that aim to educate and promote personal development in key areas such as stress management and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care across all aspects of patient health.
• Engage in outreach initiatives focused on mental health awareness, guiding community wellness events and participating in campaigns to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our secure digital record-keeping systems.

Our counselors serve a varied patient population that includes individuals facing acute and chronic mental health conditions. Many clients seek assistance during challenging life transitions or periods of crisis, which requires sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches. • Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; advanced degrees are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health challenges frequently encountered by the hospital patient population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief intervention models applicable to a remote counseling setting.
• Proficiency in managing diverse caseloads and effectively prioritizing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical counseling environment, especially within community health settings.
• Background in crisis intervention and management, with a proven track record of providing effective solutions.
• Expertise in facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops that engage and support patient growth.
• Previous involvement in community outreach and mental health promotion efforts.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
