This role is primarily remote, providing clinicians the flexibility to deliver care from their homes while utilizing advanced teletherapy platforms for secure client interactions. Although the position is predominantly home-based, you will occasionally collaborate with colleagues in an outpatient office setting to enhance program development and patient care activities. • Conduct thorough assessments through one-on-one and group therapy sessions to understand clients' histories and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings that include psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based counseling approaches including cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and social-constructionism techniques.
• Monitor and document ongoing assessments of patient progress in specialized electronic health record (EHR) platforms, ensuring accurate documentation of therapy effectiveness and patient responses.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that provide support and education to clients and their families, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.
• Participate actively in the credentialing committee, contributing to the organization’s standards of care.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to the unique dynamics of each patient, promoting a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Perform additional duties as necessary, contributing to team objectives and patient well-being.

Our client base includes individuals and families of various ages, with a focus on children and families dealing with developmental differences. By applying evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, you will address a range of mental health challenges and assist clients in navigating their unique experiences while promoting emotional well-being and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client care, integrating client feedback into therapeutic interventions.
• Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn from colleagues across various disciplines, enhancing therapeutic approaches.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services, particularly with children or families facing developmental challenges.
• Proficiency in multiple therapy modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, and post-structural approaches.
• Familiarity with mental health technologies, illustrating an ability to harness digital tools to enhance patient engagement and management.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
