• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, utilizing a combination of structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions with clients of all ages, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on patterns of communication and emotional resilience.
• Maintain ongoing evaluation of client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes and meet evolving client needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates to comply with confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals to enhance service delivery and share insights about best practices in mental health care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations in all aspects of practice, ensuring accountability and integrity in service provision.

The primary focus of this role is on maternal mental health, working with clients who may be experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and other related challenges. This position offers an opportunity to affect meaningful change in the lives of parents and families, guiding them through stages of emotional distress and equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure in the state of Texas as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in direct therapy or counseling roles, particularly in settings focused on mental health.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a remote collaborative environment.

Experience in maternal and postpartum mental health will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is highly desirable, as well as a robust understanding of various evidence-based practice approaches in mental health treatment.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
