You can structure your schedule to fit your needs, providing therapy sessions during the times that work best for you. You will utilize a top-quality therapist dashboard that facilitates your practice, enabling live video and text sessions as well as secure messaging with clients.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for clients.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and challenges to promote therapeutic progress.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving their therapeutic goals through structured plans and adaptive strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Educate clients on healthy coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to provide a comprehensive care approach.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults who seek to improve their mental health and well-being. Each individual is screened prior to joining the platform, ensuring that you will work with motivated clients who have low acuity needs. This enables a more focused approach to therapy, allowing you to create impactful change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is necessary, enabling you to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology and computer systems relevant to telehealth practices.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or digital therapy platforms is preferred.
• Previous work with diverse populations and various mental health issues is a plus.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities enhances your effectiveness in this role.
