Life Digital Health is seeking a committed and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient treatment team focused on the mental health needs of young adults. This full-time position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the wellbeing of clients in Fort Collins, Colorado, and beyond.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in delivering mental health services to young adults aged 18 to 30. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer one-on-one counseling that fosters self-exploration and develops personalized coping strategies, tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and specific needs.
• Monitoring Progress: Assess and track clients’ progress through various methods, including feedback loops and standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients. You will participate in team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and innovations in service delivery.

This position primarily serves young adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), using state-of-the-art therapeutic approaches to address their needs comprehensively.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment or counseling settings.

Experience in group facilitation, knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous in this position.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
