• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific mental health challenges faced by each client, crafting tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Implement individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for the practice of counseling while having administrative support for billing and documentation tasks.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and modifications of treatment strategies in response to clients’ progress and feedback.
• Establish and nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship, fostering an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their most personal challenges.
• Facilitate referrals to additional support services and healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care that extends beyond your sessions.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse clients experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proven ability to engage with clients effectively and deliver personalized treatment that meets their unique needs.
