• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health conditions, emotional needs, and areas of concern.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans designed to address each client’s unique mental health issues and treatment goals.
• Provide one-on-one counseling in a supportive and confidential manner, employing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions or family therapy when appropriate, fostering a collaborative environment for shared healing.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to client wellness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development programs to stay informed about the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health care.

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC) is required.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is preferred.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
