As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with several vital responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to continually evaluate client needs and challenges.
• Designing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the recovery model.
• Guiding clients through the development of essential skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication.

This role focuses on supporting individuals aged 18 and older who may face significant barriers to mental health care and community integration due to their conditions. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure through the state board, including options such as:
• Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clear record with no prior disciplinary actions related to licensure.

Successful candidates will ideally possess:

• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the empathy and resilience necessary to engage effectively with clients.
• Technical proficiency with digital client management systems and communication platforms.
• A reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate remote counseling sessions.
