Enlightened Essence Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (licensed as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to join our dedicated team. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client's unique challenges.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy when applicable, focusing on building rapport and trust.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing appropriate strategies to stabilize the situation.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment findings, adhering to ethical standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Empower clients and their families with education on mental health issues, therapy options, and accessible community resources.
• Commit to continuous professional growth by participating in training sessions, workshops, and relevant professional development activities.

You will work with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals from different cultural backgrounds, couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with systemic issues, and groups seeking support for shared experiences. Your expertise will help clients tackle various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, ultimately guiding them towards improved mental health outcomes and personal empowerment.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, accompanied by a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and a compassionate approach in all client interactions.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, especially in remote therapy, is preferred but not required for candidates with significant training.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools will be considered advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
