Tri Delta is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to deploy digital content for Tri Deltaโ€™s website, email marketing and texting platforms while regularly reporting on marketing efforts to ensure strategic, data-driven decisions guide our work. This individual will alsoย contribute toย the ongoing maintenance, organization,ย planningย and upkeep of all digital platforms. The role will collaborate closely with the Brand Support Manager, Digitalย roleย and Tri Deltaโ€™s entire Brand Advancement team, including the content development team, but will not be creating content directly.ย ย 

The ideal candidate will combine their proven technicalย proficiencyย with data analytic tools and digital marketing platforms with their passion to support mission-driven organizations.ย

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:ย 

Digital Analytics & Reporting:ย 

  • Collaborate with the Brand Support Managerย -ย Digital, toย monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Tri Deltaโ€™s digital communication channels, including website, email, SMS, social media, podcast, and paid media initiatives.ย 

  • Collaborate with the Brand Advancement team to evaluate campaign effectiveness,ย identifyย audience trends, andย optimizeย communication strategies based on data-driven insights.ย 

  • Maintain knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and analytics best practices toย identifyย opportunities for continuous improvement.ย 

Email, SMS & Web Communications:ย 

  • Collaborate on the executionย of Tri Deltaโ€™s email and SMS communications and campaigns.ย 

  • Ensure communications are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with Tri Deltaโ€™s brand standards and communication strategy.ย 

  • Provide support in the creation and delivery of regularly scheduled email communications to target audiences.ย 

  • Assistย in the management of the account engagement email system, including monitoring prospect limits, custom fields, campaigns, forms, reporting, and communication preferences.ย 

Website & Content Management:ย 

  • In partnership with the Brand Support Manager โ€“ Digital,ย maintainย and update content across Tri Deltaโ€™s website and chapter websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.ย 

  • Monitor website performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve user experience and content effectiveness.ย 

  • Edit photos (resize, recolor, etc.) for website and email communications as needed.ย 

  • Support chapter sites by answering member questions andย maintainingย site content.ย 

  • Assistย inย maintainingย accurateย member records toย optimizeย communication efforts.ย 

Paid Media:ย 

  • Assistย in the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.ย 

  • Support audience development, campaign targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring to maximize campaign effectiveness.ย 

  • Analyze paid media results and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.ย 

Social Media Analytics:ย 

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance across organizational and chapter channels.ย 

  • Develop reporting and recommendations that inform content strategy, audience engagement efforts,ย member engagement, and overall social media performance.ย 

  • Identifyย emerging trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities to enhance digital engagement.ย 

Podcastย Productionย & Reporting:ย 

  • Support the publishing, distribution, promotion, and ongoing management of Tri Delta podcast content.ย 

  • Track podcast performance metrics and audience engagement, providingย quarterlyย reporting and recommendations for growth and optimization.ย 

Projectย & Event Support:ย 

  • Strategize communications in partnership with the Brand Support Managerย - Digital, andย Brand Advancementย team to ensure a well-rounded communication approach.ย 

  • Keep the marketing and communications team informed of the communications calendar and any potential roadblocks.ย 

  • Assistย in the execution of event applications.ย 

  • Help withย additionalย enterprise and departmental projects/committees as needed.ย

Educationย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, orย a relatedย field.ย 

Skillsย 

  • Digital Strategy & Analytics:ย Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing and communication data across multiple channels.ย Familiarity using analytics and reporting tools to measure performance,ย identifyย trends, and provide actionable recommendations.ย Understanding ofย key performance indicators (KPIs), audience engagement metrics, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision-making.ย 

  • Email, SMS & App Communications:ย Experienceย executing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (e.g.ย Pardot,ย EventMobi,ย Mogli, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar tools). Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency.ย Understanding ofย email & SMS campaign management, segmentation, and performance tracking.ย 

  • Website & Content Management:ย  Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal); Basic photo editing skills (e.g., resizing, recoloring) using tools like Photoshop or Canva; Ability toย maintainย and update web content in alignment with brand standards.ย 

  • Paid Media:ย Familiarity with planning, executing, and evaluating paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.ย Understanding ofย audience targeting, campaignย objectives, budget management, performance reporting, andย optimization strategies. Ability toย leverageย campaign insights to improve results and support organizational goals.ย 

  • Podcast Production & Reporting:ย Ability to support podcast publishing, distribution, and promotion efforts while ensuring content is delivered accurately and on schedule. Experience tracking podcast performance metrics, analyzing audience engagement, and providing recommendations to improve reach and listener experience.ย

Experienceย 

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, orย a relatedย field.ย

  • Prior experience in a nonprofit, higher education, or membership-based organization is a plus.ย
