Hi Michael,

I am recruiting on behalf of a top client, They are seeking for a ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Remote ย (pure remote option no location preference)

Position type: Contract

Job Requirements:

-Lead assigned solution implementation efforts on the ServiceNow platform.

-Provide thought leadership in the ServiceNow design and development of functional requirements

-Create and maintain product related communications and training materials

-Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

-Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people to balance demands

-Acts independently with indirect supervision

Qualifications

Skill Requirements:

-3-5 years hands-on ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience, specifically Asset Management Tools like ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery

-Network Asset Management experience

-Configuration Management experience

-Ideally, Network Security experience

-ITIL Certification a plus

Experience/Required Skills:

-ServiceNow administration experience required Graphic & Web Design experience required

-Development experience in client and server-side Javascript or Java

-Knowledge of technical components such as VPN, LDAP, SSL and other such technologies

-Experience implementing high traffic web applications with dynamic UI.

-Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.Ability to create original thematic overall visual designs (comps) based on client template guidance or general branding and identity elements

-Experience in web application development a plus; understanding of HTTP request model, synchronous and asynchronous requests, performance best practices, browser rendering pipeline, etc. preferred.

-Experience with aspects of mobile device design and UI Thorough understanding of CSS specificity and cross-browser compatibility issues

-Demonstrable experience integrating code into large projects and codebases

-Strong customer service mindset

-Excellent verbal/written communication skills

-Minimum 5 yrs. of software development experience, preferably in client services Experience in analyzing and estimating business

-Must be a self-starter and possess excellent attention to detail, and effective time management skills.

-Experience in a global firm a plus

-A fundamental understanding of ITSM or ITIL requiredWorks well in a virtual team environment
