Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), you will have a profound impact on the lives of young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group sessions, encouraging group cohesion and shared learning. Foster an environment of trust where clients feel safe to share experiences and support each other.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Guide clients through their thoughts and emotions, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure is a must.
  • Skills: Strong communication, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing skills, along with proficiency in telehealth software and digital therapy tools.
Preferred Experience
