Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify individual needs.
  • Collaborate with students to develop tailored treatment plans that respect their cultural backgrounds and align with their personal goals.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to students in individual and group settings.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring timely and effective support for students experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.
