• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions while addressing barriers to access for clients, ensuring they receive consistent care regardless of location.
• Adhere to ethical standards by maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.
