As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting ongoing assessments of clients' treatment needs through video conferencing, ensuring that you adapt to each client's communication style and preferences.
• Assisting in the development and continuous monitoring of Individual Service Plans (ISP) that align with clients' recovery goals, offering feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
• Working closely with clients to develop and strengthen skills in coping, problem-solving, and effective communication, facilitating workshops and individual sessions.
• Educating clients about community resources, advocating for their needs, and navigating service options to enhance their support network.

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Your role involves fostering an environment conducive to healing, where clients feel valued and understood. You will employ evidence-based methodologies to help clients achieve their individual goals while ensuring their dignity and autonomy are respected.

To qualify for the LMFT position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license to practice, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• The ability to work independently without supervision, with no recent disciplinary actions affecting licensure.

While a minimum of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Hands-on experience providing direct therapeutic services, with a track record of client success and satisfaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, ensuring a reliable and robust connection for client sessions.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
