• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and professional counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are adaptable and sensitive to clients' evolving circumstances.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, relations, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and growth.

The ideal candidate will work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health needs. • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license from the pertinent state board is required; specifically, candidates must hold a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer skills, comfortable using various digital platforms and tools.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
