• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify and understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, aiding in the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques relevant to client needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and strategically monitor progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy options, offering flexibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or encounter transportation and accessibility challenges.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed promptly and adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging best practices in mental health treatment.

This position will involve working with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors will tailor their approach to meet the specific needs of each individual, using culturally sensitive techniques that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with appropriate credentials and standing within the state of practice.

• A minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental stance.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to effectively manage caseloads and maintain administrative accuracy.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role will be given preference. Previous experience working with teletherapy platforms and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.

• Compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on the counselor’s experience and active caseload.
