This remote role allows you to work with flexibility while maintaining connection and support from your colleagues. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance. You will utilize video conferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to conduct client sessions and document care, ensuring seamless communication and support for our client's needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by partnering with other healthcare providers, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client histories and current challenges using evidence-based methodologies to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and families by sharing resources, facilitating access to community services, and offering counseling and guidance tailored to their unique situations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices, legislative changes, and clinical techniques by participating in continuing education and training workshops.
• Document treatment progress and adjust strategies as needed, using EHR software to record assessments, plans, and client interactions systematically.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will play a vital role in supporting clients from all walks of life, providing culturally sensitive and individualized treatment to help them enhance their emotional health and life satisfaction.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, diagnostic skills, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong ethical framework and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to all professional standards.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in clinical settings, providing therapeutic support to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and experience utilizing EHR systems to document client care effectively.
• Experience in community outreach and the ability to facilitate group sessions or workshops that promote mental health awareness.
