Job description

NexaLogic Systems is a US-based product company building B2B platforms for document automation and business analytics. Our team is fully remote (engineers across the US) with an optional office hub in Wilmington, DE. We value clean code, stable releases, and proactive testers who care about quality.


What You'll Do:


- Manual functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications and APIs (Postman, Swagger)

Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test documentation in TestRail or Notion

- Log bugs in Jira, classify, prioritize, and track fixes

- Participate in sprint planning, risk assessment, and story sign-off

- Work closely with developers and business analysts (2-3 short meetings per day max)

Bonus: basic SQL queries for data validation, and simple scripting (Python/JS) to prepare test data


What We're Looking For:


- 1+ year of commercial software testing experience (candidates with less experience may be considered after completing our training program - see below)

- Solid understanding of SDLC, test types, black/gray box testing

- Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports

- Basic knowledge of HTTP, client-server architecture, and browser DevTools

- English fluency

- Reliable internet and ability to work 40 hours/week with core overlap during US business hours (e.g., 9am-2pm Eastern or Pacific time - we'll agree on a schedule)

- Paid introductory training course - for candidates with little or no commercial experience but strong fundamentals. Company-paid, 3-4 weeks, ends with an exam before moving to production work

Equipment - For those willing to work from our office in Wilmington, DE, we provide a company PC. Relocation assistance (up to $3,000) is available for candidates who choose to move to the Wilmington area. Deducted from future salary.
