Mandatory Skills - Actimize AIS and RCM customization experience (Actimize intelligence server/ risk case manager) and SQL/PLSql Query/procedure exp
Job Summary:
Compliance technology requires an Actimize developer for the development of Trade Surveillance. The Surveillance development would involve custom development of the surveillance on the Actimize platform using Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS) and Risk Case Manager (RCM). Qualified candidates will play a key role in the design/development of the Surveillance solutions. The candidate will need to be able to communicate and work with a diverse team of resources across the globe.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions of Actimize-based technology platform(s) to satisfy internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
  • Should be able to solve complex problems using in-house tools and be able to work with a global mindset.
  • Should assist in the release coordination.
  • Effectively work as part of a globally blended team of resources (both Associates and consultants)

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of strong technology skills especially in Actimize (custom / in-house developed solution). Experience in Actimize Risk Case Manager, Actimize Visual Modeler, Actimize Risk Case Manager Designer, and Actimize Analytics Intelligence Server is a MUST
  • The ability to communicate effectively with the team manager.
  • The ability to effectively deal with multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks.
  • Very strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into easily definable technical problems for the development of solutions.
  • Experience in writing high-level and low-level technical requirement documents.
  • Experience in working in a global technology development model.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Global Banking and Market / Global Control Room Surveillances / Volcker / Regulation W / Associate Investment Monitoring is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in the development and/or development of Actimize-based Surveillances.
  • Well-versed with Oracle SQL tuning, Autosys scheduling, Unix shell, scripting
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
