• Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Facilitate consultation and contribute to the design of crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Stay current with documentation requirements and ensure that all paperwork is submitted in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as outlined and agreed upon by the clinical team to monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavioral support plans that are tailored to clients’ needs.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, helping the organization maintain compliance and enhance service quality.
• Act as a bridge between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to build strong support networks for our patients.
• Foster effective communication strategies to uphold contract standards while promoting our mission within the community.
• Engage in networking with local, state, federal, and private agencies to secure new partnerships and funding sources.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through attending educational conferences, workshops, and tasks forces related to mental health.
• Represent the agency's mission, values, and core principles in all interactions and initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission.

Our clinic serves a diverse client base that includes individuals grappling with mental health issues, substance use recovery challenges, developmental disabilities, and those affected by brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Current independent LMHC license to practice in the state of California; assistance will be provided if you are licensed in another state but eager to obtain California credentials.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments will be considered a strong asset.
• Previous work with diverse populations and familiarity with evidence-based mental health interventions is preferred.
