Join our Team as a DMS APPLICATION DEVELOPER!

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership in application architecture, solution design, and development while producing technical documentation, system designs, and workflow diagrams to support business understanding. This role mentors developers, establishes and promotes development standards and best practices, and serves as the technical lead on complex projects. Responsibilities also include supporting production applications through troubleshooting, debugging, performance monitoring, and system administration activities, while collaborating across multiple departments to deliver reliable technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of the dealer network and the organization. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and support full-stack applications that meet customer and business requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
  • Drive innovation through the development and implementation of scalable, efficient, and modern technology solutions.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for web technologies, providing guidance on technical capabilities, business processes, and application workflows.
  • Mentor and support team members by troubleshooting technical challenges and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Work closely with departmental leaders and business partners to define, support, and achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and perform all responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in object-oriented programming & Software system development
  • 7+ years of experience in agile development teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing and developing business applications that interface with ERP/MxRP systems.
  • Experience designing and developing business applications on cloud architecture.
  • Experience developing across a portfolio of web applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of database design, data models and architecture
  • Must be able to design and articulate ALM strategies for mission-critical applications.
  • Experience developing and maintaining solutions built with:
    • C# with .NET core, Angular 2, SQL Server to create full-stack web application (required)
    • Web APIs to communicate with various systems and hardware (required)
    • Containerization (e.g. Kubernetes, Helm)
    • Azure DevOps , Devops CI/CD Configuration and Deployment [YAML]
    • Microsoft BI Development (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS, PowerBI)
    • Net / .Net Core /.Net framework
    • Angularjs / Angular
    • Microservice deployment in Azure
    • JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / SCSS
  • Interest in learning new /upcoming technology and implementing solutions
  • Enovia PLM SMATEAM/CATIA Experience (Full lifecycle SMARTEAM enterprise application implementation experience is preferred)
