Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with the clinical team to identify patient needs and steer treatment direction.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans, demonstrating an integrated approach to mental health care.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and national standards.
  • Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote cohesive care delivery.
  • Foster open communication channels to meet contract standards and heighten the visibility of our mission throughout the community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with governmental agencies and organizations to identify synergy opportunities for partnerships and funding.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay abreast of industry advancements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational efficiency.
Patient Population / Client Focus
