Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client backgrounds and needs, forming the foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting client well-being and recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive, clinical records in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic care and support.
• Engage in educational sessions with clients and their families, providing resources and tools for effective coping strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health treatment methodologies to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
