Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical judgment to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual cases.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, offering guidance and support to individuals, families, and groups, drawing from techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, counselors, and nurses, to ensure integrated and coordinated care across all treatment modalities.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients during acute emotional distress and provide immediate emotional support and safety planning.
• Maintain detailed clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility policies, enabling ongoing assessments of patient progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aria Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and those in recovery from substance abuse. This role requires a profound understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of addiction, as you will address complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
