We are currently seeking a Desktop support-Windows operating system to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).

This role is to provide onsite support for end users, for tickets and issuesat a client site. The technician will have the responsibility to own theissues through resolution.
Position Overview:
Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policiesand procedures for their work area.
Their work may require discretion and independent judgmentfor non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of workactivity is predominately routine.
They may make policy recommendations to their managers andbe an escalation point for less experienced team members.
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, systemsupgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks.

Position General Duties and Tasks:
Typically requires 2-4 years relevant experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
Solid client service skills.
A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additionalcertifi cations for various hardware platforms may be required.
Ability to physically perform general offi ce requirements.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with orwithout reasonable accommodations.
Travel including overnight domestic or international trips maybe required.
