Are you looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity? Join our team as aRemote Customer Service Representativeand help support customers of variousclients! In this role, you'll handle both inbound calls, ensuring callers have aseamless experience while entering their information into our database. If youhave great communication skills and a passion for helping others,this is theperfect role for you!
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns
• Accurately enter information into our database
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement
opportunities
  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Remote client servicing
  • Required virtual certification (10 days-6 weeks depending on program)
  • Performance-based continuation

Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (set yourown schedule)
