In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Provide thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Actively engage in the creation and implementation of crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies to screen and evaluate clients as part of the treatment process.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals within our clinical teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans that promote client success.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation to adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in continual professional development and participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, enhancing your skills and keeping abreast of industry standards.
• Establish and maintain productive communication channels with various state and local agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Promote the mission and values of Radiant Family Relations Counseling within the community by participating in outreach programs and initiatives.
• Take initiative in pursuing ongoing education, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and participating in task forces that align with our mission.
• Perform additional duties as needed, as assigned by the Clinic Director, to support organizational goals and objectives.

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance abuse, and individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
