This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a robust connection with our administrative and healthcare teams. • Provide individualized counseling services tailored to the unique needs of each client, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document sessions, manage client information, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements for insurance including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Conduct treatment programs aimed at managing symptoms of mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Regularly assess and reassess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients regarding their treatment, ensuring confidentiality and safety throughout the therapeutic process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and keep abreast of the latest practices in mental health counseling.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of mental health counseling experience is required, demonstrating your depth of knowledge and capability in the field.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including a reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and web camera.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively, while also collaborating with our team when needed.
• Successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and frameworks that can be applied in counseling sessions.
• Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings to accommodate client schedules, with the freedom to design your own hours.
