We’re hiring a full-time Financial Analyst - Secondary Market for our Finance & Accounting Division.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance with federal requirements, and providing the analysis and reporting that help drive organizational success. In this role, you will:

  • Support NH Housing's mortgage-backed securities programs by performing GNMA and FNMA pooling activities and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide backup support for daily mortgage interest rate setting, helping ensure timely and accurate pricing for homeownership programs.
  • Contribute to single-family bond issuances by coordinating timelines, preparing offering documents, working with financial and underwriting partners, and monitoring compliance requirements throughout the process.
  • Analyze the financial performance of NH Housing's single-family lending programs by tracking revenues and expenses, identifying trends and variances, and preparing reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Support annual planning and budgeting efforts through financial forecasting, resource planning, and development of program recommendations for leadership and Board consideration.
  • Assist in the preparation of required disclosures and reporting for the secondary market, helping ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance across all single-family bond issues.

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Advanced user of Excel and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and apply specialized debt financing knowledge.
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with high level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferred knowledge of bond issuances and capital markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least seven years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
