  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and BSAs to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
  • Support development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems such as Zuora, middleware, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning components, and configuration-based solutions following established standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, and performance considerations.
  • Support unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including debugging, log analysis, and data validation.
  • Contribute to release activities, including deployment support, validation, and post-release monitoring.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data mappings, and configuration details.
  • Collaborate with QA and other teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality and data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on coding and configuration.
  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, middleware, and asynchronous processing.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems with high data volume and complex workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze system behavior and data issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce RCA, CPQ systems, or Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Familiarity with Zuora Billing or other subscription billing platforms.
  • Experience with integration patterns across Salesforce and external systems.
  • Experience with GitHub CI/CD and AWS platforms.
