• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain the mental health status and unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies for effective interventions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Utilize teletherapy technology for delivering virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, helping clients navigate acute challenges safely and effectively.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to remain aligned with current best practices and innovative approaches in mental health care.

You will primarily work with adult clients, each facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base encompasses individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life, empowering you to apply your expertise in meaningful ways. Your role as a therapist is crucial in guiding them toward recovery and improved mental wellness.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on your board history.

Previous experience providing therapy services in a remote setting is a plus, as it demonstrates your adaptability to virtual platforms and workflows. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of teletherapy tools will enhance your efficiency in delivering care.
