As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will thrive in a flexible, supportive, and fully remote setting. You will conduct therapy sessions using secure, user-friendly virtual platforms designed to facilitate effective communication and interaction with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain each client's unique mental health needs, which will inform individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, adjusting techniques to suit each client’s requirements and therapeutic goals.
• Engage actively with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and provide ongoing support throughout the treatment journey.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to the client’s preferences.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of treatment sessions and client progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Our clients represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Experience in providing online therapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
