• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs and preferences of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering guidance and support throughout their journey to improved mental health.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, ensuring flexibility in matching treatments to client expectations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Your work will span a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues among others. Each case presents unique challenges, requiring you to implement adaptive strategies to foster a therapeutic alliance and support your clients effectively. As a remote service provider, you will help break down geographical and social barriers, making mental health support more accessible and inclusive.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport and facilitate effective therapeutic relationships remotely.
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges, leading to a supportive therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle therapy schedules and maintain accurate documentation.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions and client demographics.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Demonstrable history of collaborating within a team-focused, remote work environment.

Our compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus for newly hired licensed therapists.
