This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create your own flexible schedule from the comfort of your home. Our advanced telehealth platform facilitates seamless video sessions, enabling you to connect with clients across Moreno Valley, California, and beyond. You won’t be on call, and you can choose between 1099 and W2 employment options based on your preference and state regulations. Our state-of-the-art digital tools, integrated with AI capabilities, provide enhanced workflows, such as automated check-ins and follow-ups with clients.

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing to adults facing various emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to form a holistic treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique challenges and needs.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments to evaluate clients’ conditions, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and track progress toward goals effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our comprehensive therapist portal, designed to streamline the therapeutic process and allow for efficient record-keeping.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing emotional difficulties, often stemming from complex life challenges. Your compassionate and culturally attuned approach will help you establish trust and rapport with a diverse clientele. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an independent license to practice in California (LCSW); state licensure in multiple areas is a distinct advantage.
