• Conduct thorough assessments and personalized evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, participating in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects high-quality care.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training sessions, and educational opportunities to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in mental health.

You will serve a wide-ranging patient population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges, among others. The Modern Mental and Counseling Center emphasizes providing care to those who traditionally have limited access to mental health resources. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth systems for client management.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities beyond those mentioned, enhancing the range of treatment options for clients.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience.
