• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new patients to identify their mental health needs accurately.
• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans and modify them based on regular evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage clients in both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Implement diverse counseling approaches to address a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation of each session, ensuring that all records are updated within 24 to 48 hours of completion as per company standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, which may include consultations with psychiatrists and primary care providers.
• Stay abreast of new developments in mental health by participating in ongoing clinical research and continuing education opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, grief, addiction, and relational conflicts. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A strong commitment to cultural competency and inclusivity in therapeutic practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage a robust caseload while delivering quality care.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling environment.
• Familiarity with a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Previous experience with specific patient populations, such as adolescents or families in crisis.
