Constant Support Psychotherapy Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our growing team. This full-time remote position allows you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while making a profound impact on patients’ mental health and well-being. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the individual needs of clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups addressing common mental health challenges, thereby creating a sense of community and support among individuals facing similar issues.
• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate care and resources.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and surrounding community resources to empower their recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field.

The role primarily focuses on working with a diverse clientele coping with various mental health conditions. You will provide care to individuals from all walks of life, including adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to the needs of each group.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and the ability to develop effective treatment strategies based on comprehensive assessments.
• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy, demonstrating an ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to professional ethics and boundaries, along with sound judgment in clinical settings.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable using technology for remote therapy sessions.
• A collaborative mindset, able to engage actively in a multidisciplinary team approach.

• Experience working with specific populations such as adolescents or individuals with substance use disorders is a plus.
• Prior involvement in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
• Familiarity with community resources available in and around Columbus, Georgia.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
