• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software to streamline processes.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses the broader context of each client's situation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health fields.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating competence and empathy in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards, enhancing the integrity of therapy practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to work cohesively within a healthcare team, fostering collaborative and supportive relationships.
• Familiarity with EMR software and related technologies is highly desirable.

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is preferred.
• A background in community health settings is advantageous, especially regarding diverse client populations and challenges.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
