• Provide empathetic and ethical mental health counseling to clients using secure video conferencing technology.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to support individual client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients’ unique backgrounds and situations.
• Help clients gain insights into their emotional experiences, relationships, and behavioral patterns through guided conversation.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress within treatment plans, assisting them in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to enhance the overall quality of care provided.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health support to stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our client base includes individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and general emotional support. As a counselor, your efforts will directly contribute to their improved quality of life by equipping them with essential coping skills and therapeutic insights.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and active independent license such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• No history of disciplinary actions related to your professional practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients.
• Adept computer skills for managing telehealth sessions and corresponding documentation.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, particularly within diverse client populations, are highly desirable. Familiarity with specific treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous. Additionally, exposure to client relationship-building techniques will be beneficial in enhancing data-driven outcomes.

We offer an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and working hours. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Enjoy weekly direct deposits, ensuring that your hard work is rewarded promptly.
