As a Design Professional - Architecture with 3+ years of experience you'll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference-from concept through completion. You'll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.


What You'll Do   

  • Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats
  • Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professional.
  • Creation of graphical images
  • Design and detailing in Revit
  • Attend project and client meetings with design professionals
  • Interact with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractors as it relates to on-going projects
  • Work under the direction of the Studio Leader this position performs a variety of duties associated with design expertise on a variety of project types, assisting in achieving desired client satisfaction, and business results.

  • Entry level position and applies to individuals with approximately 3 years of experience
  • Completion of accredited professional degree program with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, or equivalent in appropriate education and experience
  • Knowledge of design of architectural systems, construction documentation and associated technology
  • A demonstrated aptitude for critical, creative thinking associated with complex problem solving and design.
  • A demonstrable understanding of architectural detailing, putting together construction documentation, life safety code, and accessibility requirements.      
  • Proven communication skills. 
  • Previous experience working as a member of an architectural or multi-discipline team, taking a project from design through construction. Some experience leading a small team is preferred. 

What will make you stand out 

  • Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit. 
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch, and Enscape are beneficial but not required. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
