This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you well. You will utilize a robust online platform designed specifically for counselors, providing tools to manage your schedule, client appointments, and documentation with ease. • Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and experiences, promoting self-insight and personal growth among clients.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to clearly define their mental health goals and aspirations.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental conditions; design and implement treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies to address clients’ unique needs, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress in our secure counselor dashboard, facilitating seamless care while minimizing paperwork.

Your caseload will predominantly consist of pre-screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is carefully matched to you based on your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring alignment with your professional background. You will not be working with severe mental health cases, enabling a focus on therapeutic modalities that promote growth and healing.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in your state, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience in making clinical assessments and formulating treatment plans based on diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to counseling that fosters trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in using technology, particularly in navigating telehealth platforms and managing remote client relations.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from varied backgrounds and preferences.
• Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques can be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
