Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for adult clients presenting with various mental health challenges.
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions through online video platforms, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for exploration and healing.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide sessions and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each session while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Strong written communication skills essential for clear and thorough documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a fully remote or telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Furthermore, we recognize the financial strain that missed appointments can impose; therefore, we also offer paid no-shows and late cancellations, and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
